Affectionate communication, connection, and intimacy are foundational elements for a healthy and thriving relationship. They so often go hand-in-hand, but they can also be tricky for couples to navigate, especially if they haven't been practicing them consistently. We provide a program to include one-on-one sessions twice a month that can give couples a chance to dig deeper into their individual concerns and make tangible progress. We tailor each experience to the specific needs of the couple so that it can be more impactful. It allows us to meet you where you are in your relationship and guide you through the challenges that are most relevant.
